We start by asking about your skin and the look you want. If it's your first time, we'll talk through any worries too.

Cleansing & sanitizing
We cleanse and sanitize the area. Tools and bed covers are single-use or sanitized every time.

Waxing
We work calmly along the direction of hair growth. In a private room, we can go at your pace.

3-step soothing care
We cool the skin with ice or a modeling mask, then apply a soothing, hydrating ampoule and a calming lotion. We use genuine Dr. Sante Azulene Soother products, included with every service at no extra cost.

Q1.It's my first time waxing. How should I prepare?
No special prep is needed. Hair about 5 mm or longer comes off most cleanly. On the day, please skip harsh skincare products and exfoliants.
Q2.Does it hurt a lot?
Most first-timers describe it as a quick sting. We go slowly and check in with you along the way, so let us know anytime it feels like too much. If you're sensitive to pain, taking a pain reliever an hour before may help.
Q3.How should I care for my skin afterward?
For 24 hours, avoid saunas, jjimjilbang (Korean bathhouses), intense exercise and direct sunlight. Moisturize well, and a soothing cream helps. Avoid tight clothing for 1–2 days.
Q4.How do I change or cancel a booking?
You can change or cancel on Naver Booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that, please contact us on KakaoTalk or by phone.
Q5.Is my booking confirmed right away?
It's confirmed once your deposit is received. As a one-person studio, confirmations may be delayed during appointments, and if another booking comes in first for the same time, we may not be able to confirm yours. For weekends or same-day and last-minute slots, please book early.
Q6.Can I get waxed during my period?
For hygiene, we recommend avoiding Brazilian waxing during your period. Other areas (brows, underarms, body) are fine depending on how you feel.
Q7.How do you keep tools hygienic?
Towels, gowns, pillow sheets, bed sheets, gloves and spatulas are all single-use and thrown away after each client. After every service we disinfect the bed and tools, and equipment goes through alcohol cleaning followed by UV sanitizing. We also sanitize our hands throughout the service.
Q8.Do many men get waxed too?
Yes, plenty! Right now 41% of our customers are men. It's okay to feel nervous the first time. With a private 1:1 room, you won't run into other customers, and we'll talk through what you want before we start.
Q9.Do you do eyebrow waxing?
